Zane was satisfied with the hot topic of the day.
Everyone was rallying behind his back, waiting for this ’big day announcement,’ he teased.
He knew it was all just a lie, but that didn’t matter because Madeline would be forced to play along with him, or else her career would be ruined, as everyone would boycott her career immediately if she didn’t say yes to his announcement.
Zane stared at the big Christmas tree in the middle of the living room. It was beautifully decorated by the staff who worked around his mansion, and there was a lot of food for him to choose from.
But he still felt lonely because Madeline wasn’t here to spend Christmas with him.
He had long-cut contact with his toxic parents, who almost sold him as a male prostitute to one of the producers in exchange for a bigger role in Hollywood.

Lance didn’t need to work hard since he was young, nor did he need to struggle like him or Madeline.

But Zane was never interested in any of those women. His sole interest was always Madeline Rose.
