Chapter 142
Ethan’s hand trembled as he finished reading the post that Bertha made.
It was obvious that Bertha had betrayed him, even though he had been nothing but kind to her.
"This isn’t true. None of this is true!" Ethan yelled. "YOU BITCH! You are the one who told me to do this!"
"Yeah, I did," Bertha shrugged. "So what? You agreed to it and even went as far as setting up a day for us to make a video and publish it. It’s not my fault that you’re such an idiot."
Frankie’s veins on his temples popped. He snatched the phone from Ethan’s hand and yelled at Bertha, "You snake! Take accountability for your action, or you will be fucking sorry!"
Bertha was caught off guard when she heard Frankie’s voice.
She wasn’t scared of Ethan because that sissy was a gullible idiot for using his Youtube channel as a platform to spill the tea. Thus, he had to bear the risk all by himself.
But Frankie was different.
He was much more level-headed and a tech guru, so he could do something dangerous like hacking.
"W—Well, I don’t fucking care. It’s his problem now, and good luck dealing with this shit. I’m out," Bertha said before she hung up the call.
