Entwined With the Villainous Guardian

Chapter 313: An Unexpected Call

Viviana sat by the angel statue watching the lemon tree they planted. It has been ten days since she arrived here. She pleaded with Leander not to send her here alone but he sent her here anyway.

At least, he said that he loved her.

She tried to see the positives here. She could be close to the place she grew up in and she could see her baby’s grave. The angel statue was pretty. She didn’t get to give any designs for the statue but it was the same angel as his tattoo.

Jophiel.

She didn’t know why she could be happy about it. Thinking about the baby she lost, she didn’t feel like crying anymore.

Was it because of Ziya? Or... was it because she was hoping that the last time, she was with Leander would pay off?

Maybe it was both?

She placed her hand on her lower abdomen. She hoped she would get pregnant again.

She was a little bored there. Leander had ordered (pleaded) her to not leave the house. There were almost fifty men stationed in and around the house. They were under strict orders not to let her out. Martha was here to help. There were plenty of spaces to walk around in the house but she was bored.

She had signed the contract. Leander did send a lawyer for her. The initial contract was amended further to suit her needs and since Daniella agreed to the corrections, they signed the deal.

Currently, she has invested five million dollars. She thought that it was a brilliant investment. Maya went to work with Daniella and Gabriella’s designs were sent to production. They hoped that the designs get successful. It would bring them a lot of profit.

She hoped it would be time-consuming too because she was bored. She had nothing to do except look after the baby and the dogs. It was not hard at all.
