"A lot has..." Leander squinted his eyes.
He was very happy that he didn’t notice the furrow lines between her eyes. But she didn’t look very impressed.
"Are you angry?" he asked.
He had no reason to believe that she was angry. But she does act weird. Is there any reason for that? What could that be?
"Oh, it is the headache? Does it hurt very much?" he asked. She can’t be angry for no reason. She told Brie that she had a headache. He thought that was an excuse for her to get upstairs but maybe she really was having a headache.
Viviana’s head started throbbing out of anger. She didn’t know if Leander was serious or if he was pulling her leg pretending that he didn’t know why she was mad. He probably doesn’t care about her feelings.
Why would he know his wife would feel embarrassed and angry when her husband brings another woman to live in his house? He’s a man and he can do whatever! It’s not like she has a say!
It’s his business and she cannot interfere. She should just shut up and let him do whatever he wants to.
"I’ll massage your head. Come on," Leander held her hand and tried to stand up. His li’l wife cannot suffer alone. He will do everything to help her just like she does for him.
"You don’t have to..." Viviana stepped out of the tub. She couldn’t pretend to not care anymore.
"But I want to..." Leander held her wrist and stopped her from walking away.
Viviana was pissed. "I can massage my own head and you can wash your own back. If you want someone, I can send for that gorgeous woman from Venus Point. I bet she’ll do it better than li’l old...short, ugly me," she scowled without knowing.
