Chapter 23: More To Her
Viviana opened the drawer and found that he had stuffed a lot of his jewelry in the top drawer. By a lot, she meant A LOT.
That drawer alone would be enough to keep all the clothes she owns, and it was almost filled to the brim with gold jewelry. Oh, and there were diamonds and other precious gems in the mix too.
Necklaces, chains, brooches, bracelets, rings, watches...All lumped up and in knots except for a couple.
How could someone own this much jewelry? Maybe he loves gold...? And yet he threw it all in like they are garbage.
Ugh!
The second drawer had his home clothes or as everyone calls them—loungewear, gym wear, and his PJs. She didn’t know why everything was black. She noticed the t-shirt she was wearing was also black.
The next drawer contained his underwear and socks—all black, of course.
It seemed like the only thing he loved as much as gold was the color black.
In the bottom drawer was the first aid box among a bunch of files and papers. Some looked like property deeds and bonds. They are important. And yet they were all stuffed in, and disorganized. The drawer looked like a dump.
Nothing irks her more than unorganized people. Honestly, how hard would it be to keep four drawers clean?
Another thing to hate about Kastello.
With a sigh, she picked up the first aid box and walked to him. He was sitting on the bed just as she left him. He didn’t even start to unbutton his shirt, a black shirt, of course.
