Era waited for some time before returning to her work desk. Her mind was at ease at the moment knowing that the first step to her revenge was starting. All she needed to do now, was to think.
She needed to put the pieces together and find out those ministers close to her parents and start ticking the box and who it could be, then she would make her search.
If it meant she had to send someone to Meribia to find clues, she would.
After some hours that morning, it was already past noontime and she had not had her lunch. Arya took note of it and decided to get her a meal.
"Your majesty," she politely called her from where she stood close to the door.
She had finished with all the chores for the day except ensuring Era ate.
"Yes?" Her answer was tiring but nonetheless, she did not bother lifting her head to look at her. She had been so engrossed in her reports to even lift her head again.
"It is way past noon. I would head out to the kitchen to get your meal," Arya explained.
"Sure. You may go. Help yourself to your own meal while you are at it and afterwards, bring mine." She lifted her head briefly and smiled at the girl before returning her attention to her work.
"Thank you, your majesty."
