Chapter 98: Meeting (2)
"D-don’t hurt him." Lumia muttered, her eyes slowly fluttering open. What met her eyes was a tall green coconut tree, accompanied by the soft gently breeze.
"W-where am I?" Sitting up straight she looked around, as she seemed to be in some sort of green terrain. Green tall trees were everywhere, followed by exotic birds of all kinds making her wonder if she was in some sort of jungle.
’This can’t be right.’ Lumia rubbed her eyes couple of times, thinking she was still dreaming. But no matter how hard she tried to convince herself this wasn’t real, she just couldn’t.
"Argh!" she immediately clutched her head, as memories of what happened flooded her head.
"N-no.." she weakly uttered, her eyes becoming teary recalling the traumatic experience.
"He can’t be dead. He’s the king, yes.. h-he’ll make it just like he does with every other battle." Balls of tears streaming down her cheek.
Lumia’s pov...
When Troy had blown her far away back to the castles entrance, she tried going back for him but the guards at athe entrance intervened stopping her.
"Let me go!" Struggling she suddenly felt her heart sink, staring up to the sky as a purple beam penetrated it. Strange purple like transparent glass started forming, slowly encasing the whole kingdom. She immediately knew something was wrong, and she needed to get back to the stadium fast.
"P-princess Lumia you can’t go back.. we need to protect you, please head inside the castle walls where it’s safe." The guards urged her, restricting her from moving any further.
"No! y-you don’t understand, I have to get back there something’s not right!" Lumia screamed but they payed no heed, dragging her into the castle walls against her will.
