Chapter 56: Elise(r-18)
Elise was still stunned half naked on the large bed she layed on. Her hands were still chained to the ground, while her clothes were tattered with her and Kyle’s fluids. The look on her eyes were compelled with different feelings of anger, lust, and denial.
Ever since she was little everyone had always treated her like a child, she was never allowed to leave the castle at all. Since she was the next in line to the throne, special benefits were given to her.
She had three older sisters which she envied because they were deemed more stronger than her, and were also allowed out the castle walls. Unlike her that was pampered, her parents the king and queen trained her three older sisters to become fierce warriors.
Elise had always desired to become a mage and grow her powers, but her parents refused saying it was too dangerous for her. One would wish to become a princess, or at least live in the royal household and experience the life of luxury and comfort. But Elise case was different, she wished she had a normal life like everyone else, not being bound by the chains of destiny she never wanted. Life as a princess became boring and a burden to her, as she would be left alone in the castle walls frequently.
Her three older sisters were often sent on official duties by the king to other neighboring royalties, so they weren’t around much. And her parents also had to attend the the kingdoms needs and wellbeing, therefore neglecting her in the process.
She was angry and frustrated with herself, and she tried rebelling excaping many times. But everytime she did, she would be caught by sir knuc and brought back home to be scolded. This was the usual scenerio that happened everytime, she had always wondered what was beyond the walls as she stared through her window.
"P-please don’t neglect me like the rest." She softly begged tears streaming down her eyes. She just couldn’t help herself if she was neglected again, even with her charms and personality it seems she wasn’t that important.
Kyle abruptly stopped taking a look at Elise. He could see she was crying and his heart seemed to hurt a bit, he was just meant to tease her but he’d managed to trigger some buried feelings.
’Shit! what should I say now.’ Kyle tried to think of a way to ease into her, but his head couldn’t come up with an idea.
"Ask her what she means." Snow suddenly butted in Kyle’s head. With an absent nod, Kyle then slowly walked closer to her sitting on the bed besides her. He could feel her body vibrating as she cried more, her tears strolling down her cheeks.
"What do you mean not neglecting you by the rest." Kyle softly asked besides her.
