Chapter 465: Mischief
Qin Xiangnuan stared at the three dishes on the table, not knowing how much time had passed.
She pointed to the dishes, which didn’t even have a bit of minced meat, "Can we order something better?"
"Eat," Jian Zhiqing picked up a piece of tofu and placed it in her bowl, "Don’t be picky. In a few days, when you grow up a bit more, I’ll take you out for something nice."
"Grow up?" Qin Xiangnuan’s eyes widened, "I’ve been growing for so long, how can I grow more?"
"Yes, quite a lot," Jian Zhiqing’s gaze lingered on her chest momentarily, he, as a husband, surely knew exactly how much she had grown.
"Cough..." Qin Xiangnuan almost choked on her own saliva, and she stomped hard on Jian Zhiqing’s foot, prompting him to speak, to continue speaking nonsensically, although she admitted to herself that she had grown quite a bit, while she lowered her head and her face unavoidably reddened.
It feels like those medicines she took initially were right after all, having a fuller chest is indeed better than being flat. Nowadays, people are much more open-minded, not conservative like before. Back then, she wore a binder for years in order to conceal her curves. She used to regret letting herself grow so big, but now she thinks it’s great to walk with pride.
Jian Zhiqing smiled silently, then picked up another piece of tofu for her. A glint seemed to flash across his warm eyes, Qin Xiangnuan really wanted to step on his foot again. What kind of look was that, feeling frisky in broad daylight? And indeed, she was right after all.
For a young couple in their prime, it’s natural. Not to mention Jian Zhiqing, even Qin Xiangnuan herself was finding it hard to breathe, the sultry images from the past nearly made her choke on her saliva again.
And then Jian Zhiqing picked up another piece of tofu for himself, placing it by his mouth.
Having eaten vegetables and tofu for too long, it really was time to treat themselves to some meaty dishes.
Back at home, Qin Xiangnuan finally managed to thoroughly shower, as Granny Lu wasn’t at home. Qin Xiangyang had taken her to his place, worrying that Granny Lu would be unattended here alone.
