Li Dongsheng unceremoniously took out three, opened each one to look inside, and liked them all. So, he didn’t bother to exchange them. With him leading the way, others didn’t hesitate either and selected theirs. However, after picking through them, they felt all were about the same. The first bag contained two couplets, one big and one small, two "Fu" characters, ten red envelopes, plus a large red bag.
Then Qin Xiangyang took all the bags in his hands before reluctantly knocking on the door.
"Come in," a voice came from inside. Only then did Qin Xiangyang breathe a sigh of relief; fortunately, everyone was there.
He pushed open the door and entered, though somewhat bewildered to find everyone gathered.
However, he only paused for a few seconds before instinctively standing up straight and saluting.
"Hello, teachers, and Commander."
His voice was loud and his military posture was standard, although the bags in his hand looked somewhat out of place.
"Oh, Qin Xiangyang, what brings you here?" Commander Xu tapped the table with his pen and then pointed to the bag in Qin Xiangyang’s hand, "What are you carrying that makes you so flustered?"
"Noth... nothing..." Qin Xiangyang stammered, but thinking of Qin Xiangnuan, he straightened his back again. He couldn’t let his sister look down on him; going back like that would be embarrassing. After all, he was the brother and needed to set an example for his sister.
