Qin Xiangnuan finished a cup of mung bean soup with her head tilted back, planning to bring some more to school later. The other members of the dormitory should also drink some, to prevent getting overheated. Everyone wants to get into this top-tier class. Although it will be exhausting and the coursework heavy, the teachers in this class are some of the best in the school and also the most dedicated. Whether Qin Xiangnuan’s grades will qualify her for the top-tier class this time depends on this exam, which will count towards the total score, along with the regular grades.
Otherwise, she wouldn’t be so rushed as to become stressed out.
In the afternoon, she brought a large bucket of mung bean soup to school.
Upon seeing her arrive with something in tow, Li Li and Mao Xiaomei hurriedly welcomed her. "What delicious food did you bring us today?"
"My granny’s steamed buns," Qin Xiangnuan placed the steamed buns packed in a lunch box in front of them, "and this," she lifted a large, round food container, "is mung bean soup made by Granny Lu. You guys should drink some too, to prevent getting heaty."
Li Li and Mao Xiaomei each grabbed a steamed bun to eat. Seeing them eat so eagerly, Qin Xiangnuan wondered if they hadn’t had a meal yet. She grabbed two cups and poured mung bean soup for both of them to drink.
After finishing the steamed buns and drinking a big cup of mung bean soup, their tummies were full. Qin Xiangnuan then divided the mung bean soup among the other several members of the dormitory. Since there were eight people in one dorm and she didn’t bring much, each person could only have a small cup.
