"That, this person is the manager of our bus company, this one is the chief financial officer, and this is the secretary from our materials department."

The County Committee has already set up a dedicated office for you, and all the necessary supplies have been prepared. You may take up the post immediately, or you can rest for a couple of days before assuming the role, depending on your schedule."
