Chapter 18 - 018: Fluctuation
Chunxi Road is one of the busiest sections in Nancheng Center, with a large concentration of people. Naturally, the rent in this area is also very expensive, but the shops on this section aren’t easy to rent out, let alone a two-story loft like this one.
As the car came to a stop, Cen Jin instinctively unbuckled her seatbelt, ready to get out. However, before she could push open the door, an arm suddenly grabbed her firmly, followed by a cold, strong voice from behind: "Wait a moment, it’s raining outside."

Cen Jin looked up and met his gaze before stepping out of the car, standing very close to him. As he closed the car door and prepared to walk inside the shop, Cen Jin noticed his already-wet shoulder and suddenly remembered, grabbing his arm: "Hey, wait, didn’t you say you wanted to change clothes? You haven’t taken them yet."
Jiang Baizhou paused, looked at her delicate little face, and took a step back. At the same time, he moved the umbrella in his hand towards her, and Cen Jin, not wanting him to get wet because of her, moved with him. After all, it’s July, with unpredictable weather, and it’s easy to catch a cold.
Once inside the building, Jiang Baizhou turned on the lights for both the first and second floors, and Cen Jin asked, "When do you plan to start the renovation?"
"The renovation plan isn’t finalized yet. I’ll see." Jiang Baizhou replied calmly, clutching a paper bag, raising it slightly: "I’ll go change clothes, feel free to look around."
