Rod hastily held his breath, but with a flash of Spiritual Light from Lauren’s hand, a strong wind rose from beneath their feet, and the poisonous mist was swept away instantly.
"It’s really lucky to have Wind Type abilities, but I’ve set a Mist Lock here. Unless you light up the entire space, you’ll never get out. The victor is still me, hahaha..."
Lauren snapped his fingers.
The Spirit Lamp on Rod’s waist suddenly burst into Bright Light, and the intense light bloomed like a flower, illuminating the entire warehouse down to the smallest detail.
It also illuminated Bas.
He was on a wooden shed to the slant right, his pale face expressionless, his mouth gaping open.
An odd noise came through the air as if something had shattered.
Bas screamed, rolled down from the shed, Black Blood streaming from the corners of his eyes and mouth. A large clump of mud-like substance vomited out of his mouth and fell to the ground.
"You...you dare...ugh...Corpse Flies, kill them!"
The mud spread rapidly, and dense flies, each with a large green head and pus-filled yellow tails and covered in black fuzz, emerged and swarmed toward them like a black cloud.
However, a bright red beam of light shot from Lauren’s forehead and instantly pierced through the black cloud.
