There's No Love In the Deathzone (BL)

Chapter 114 - 110. The Princess of Celestia

Senia Azra; the rising star groomed by Celestia since her awakening, and said to be a genius on par with Bassena Vaski.

Unfortunately, she couldn’t reach the highest floor trial till this day, so the title of the youngest saint-class was still firmly in Bassena’s status. In that case, Senia’s enmity toward Bassena was just like her guildmaster’s toward Radia.

While Celestia--or rather, its guildmaster--wanted to have the guide, Senia didn’t think the man mattered that much. She knew the guildmaster only wanted to snatch the man to hit Radia Mallarc anyway. And if the guide was also important for Bassena Vaski, then Senia would gladly cooperate.

That being said, she was here to probe this man. Askan Bellum said the guide rejected his proposal, which for Senia only went to prove his incompetence.

Why would you be asking a guide anyway? Guides, just like regular civilians, were only there to support the espers--as they should. They should have been told, not asked.

That was what she was here for--to tell the guide to ditch Trinity and come to Celestia. What could a delicate, weak guide do to an esper anyway?

But...

"You’re tall..." Senia, who was pretty insecure about her petite body, narrowed her eyes at the masked man. She had to look up, being only as tall as his chest, and it annoyed her.

The guide looked down, blue eyes staring impassively. "I’ve been told," he said, in a nice but nonchalant voice.

What the hell was wrong with this man? Didn’t he know who she was? Why did he talk to her so casually? Senia looked down with a slight frown--the man didn’t even take out his hands from his pocket.

Was he actually not a guide, but a random esper?
