The Alpha: Claiming His Enemy's Daughter

Chapter 792: I DID WANT TO KILL HIM

Cane thought he would feel something when he finally met with alpha Derick, some kind of nostalgic feeling when he met the person, who once close to him and his family.

However, that feeling didn’t come, because when he saw alpha Derick again, he felt nothing but unfamiliarity.

He remembered him, but the closeness was nowhere to be found, yet he was glad he didn’t need to deal with that unnecessary feeling. He had a lot on his plate to deal with and the state he was in right now made thing easier for him.

"Cane, we don’t need to go further with this unnecessary fight, we can work together and take down Alan. Prince Kellan has a plan for this." Alpha Derick moved closer to Cane. He still saw him as a young man that he met years ago, though physically he noticed a lot had changed. "Right now, we can work together. Josh will be so proud of you to continue what he was fighting for. What we were fighting for."

Cane let out murderous intention.

Kellan wanted to take down Alan? Was that the garbage he fed alpha Derick, so he was still blindly loyal to him, thinking Alan was still the same stupid crown prince in the past?

It didn’t take a genius to tell that Kellan already knew who was the true ’current Alan’. Decratic must be the one, who healed his legs and now, he wanted to feed him with the same narration that he gave to alpha Derick?

"That’s your fight alone, alpha Derick, I am not on your side." Cane wanted to kill someone when he heard the mention of Kellan’s name. "Where is Kellan?"

Alpha Derick didn’t seem to be impressed with the way Cane addressed Kellan without his title. It was rude and impolite in his opinion.

"What changed you, Cane? What narration that alpha Colter said that made you take his side?" The warmth on alpha Derick’s face faded away, as he looked at Cane with sharp eyes. "Choose your side wisely, Cane. You are treading a dangerous path. Your father will not like this."

"My father is dead, you don’t need to worry about him." Cane had said the same thing when someone kept trying to make him walked the same path and chose the same decision like his father.
