The letter was directed to Cane, where the person that alpha Nolan sent, asked him to meet with them inside a brothel. It was not the fancy one, you could say this brothel must be the cheapest in this area, but giving the context of their meeting, it was understandable.

When the carriage stopped and Dean opened the the door for them, Cane pulled down the hoodie of her cloak to cover her hair and face, as he did the same to himself and helped Iris to get down from the carriage.
