Chapter 684: BLACK RAIN AND DARK SKY (26)
Once the protection was disappeared, all hell broke loose. The warriors and the Holy Knights, along with the magic users fought against the royal warriors, they were outnumbered because they lost so many warriors during their time in the border of Diandem pack.
And after two hours of a fierce battle, the warriors and the people from the Holy Kingdom were forced back due to so many magic users, who ran out of the magic stones. They were rather useless without it.
If this kept happening and they couldn’t hold back their ground, it was only a matter of time they caught up with all the pack member, who fled from the pack, while the reinforcement had not yet to be seen.
"Knights! Stand your ground!" Cedric roared, as he led all the Holy Knights and secured the escape path for the magic users, as they couldn’t be any help in this battle anymore. "Hold your ground!"
The shifters were in front of them, while they took care the beasts, who managed to go past them.
On the other hand, it was Arthur, who led the warriors, as he penetrated deep into the defense of the royal warriors with Mal in their beast form.
It came as a surprised that the two of them had a great fighting ability as good as their aptitude in spying. They killed so many warriors until they could see him.
He was sitting on the horse, at the further back of the barrage of the royal warriors. One wouldn’t be able to see him, if they didn’t manage to go as far as the two of them.
It was Kellan. The crippled prince, the former crown prince, who supposed to be not be able to walk again, let alone to be on the horseback and from the look of it, he could move his legs just fine.
Arthur and Mal didn’t believe what they were seeing. There was no way Kellan was suddenly be able to walk. They were spy after all, they knew the detail of what was going on and the last report about Kellan was; he mated with alpha Derick’s younger daughter and was pardoned as long as the alpha from the Celestial Moon pack gave up and pledged his loyalty to the new king, Alan.
After that, there was no more news about what happened to him, since he lived inside the palace, where they couldn’t get any information and had no man there.
