Chapter 1221: Can I go to her now?
"Hera, I know things have their importance and fighting isn’t the right thing to do right now." Elliot stood tall in front of Dominic, looking at her fiercely.
"We all fought the same war, and you should talk about your grievances peacefully." Lukas also exuded an aura that was ready to diffuse any explosive action from Hera.
Hera stopped in her tracks a little, arching a brow while darting her eyes between the two. Since they were blocking Dominic, her expression instantly turned dark.
At the same time, a pair of hands slipped in between Elliot and Lukas. Dominic shoved their heads to the side, creating a way for himself. Seeing his action, Hera grinned and leaped toward him.
"Darling~!"
Much to Lukas and Elliot’s dismay, just when they thought she would throw a punch at Dominic, what they saw filled their thought bubble with question marks. The second she stepped into Dominic’s vicinity, she jumped him.
She wrapped her legs around his waist, her arms found their spots on his shoulder. Dominic, on the other hand, carried her without a problem.
"You’re light," said Dominic, his lips stretching until his teeth were on full display.
Hera bit her lips to stop herself from grinning like a fool. However, the shimmer in her eyes was something no one had ever seen before. They were twinkling, almost as if her heart was placed in her eyes and they were beating really fast.
Was this truly the Hera Cruel everyone knew about?
"What... what’s going on?" Elliot gasped in horror.
