"Yes!" Heaven huffed in front of the vanity mirror as she did her night skincare routine. "It’s crazy! Even if we’re the last people in the world, I will never, ever, oh my goodness. Just what is wrong with people’s heads?!"
Even though Heaven had already clarified it to everyone in the office, she couldn’t help but complain once she arrived home. It was frustrating for her. The fact that people thought she would date someone like Tiger was what truly upset her.
"It’s really frustrating. This is worse than being seen as a mistress of an old rich man!" she continued. "Gosh. From now on, he can’t visit me again. I’d beat him up when I see him next time. Heaven stopped applying her moisturizer halfway as she turned her head in his direction. "Darling, were you listening to me? I already said I cleared it up. It’s just that it’s annoying."
"I heard you the first time, but I also don’t appreciate that rumors chase after you one after another." His stoic expression didn’t change. "My wife, office gossip occurs every once in a while. But what I can tell you based on my experience is that things will only get worse."
