Chapter 643: I have no business with you
"It’s a shame it’s a reunion I didn’t expect. But anyway, there’s plenty of time in the future. I came here for that man. Give him to me and we won’t have any problems."
Bear breathed out as he loosened his fist, relaxing his shoulders. ’Wherever she is... I’m sure she’s alive and I’m glad she’s not here.’He mentally nodded, telling himself of the good side of this situation.
"If you bombed them, then he’s probably dead," he remarked loudly, eyes stuck on the man he addressed as Dragon. "You’re here before us. So, I guess you already know we can’t give you the man we don’t have."
Dragon blinked lazily and then nodded. "I guess you’re right. Very well. Nice to see you and goodbye."
The time those words rolled out of the man’s tongue, he took a shoulder-fired missile out of nowhere. He rested it on his shoulder, its muzzle aimed at the rooftop where everybody was. Seeing him, Bear took a deep breath as his knees bent on instinct, planning to jump to the chopper to stop the man from releasing such a destructive weapon.
"Get away!" Tiger yelled at the same time, shifting his fierce eyes on Butler Fu, who was kneeling beside the unconscious Old Madam Zhu. "Bernard!"
Dragon closed one of his eyes and slowly placed his finger on the trigger. But before he could pull the trigger and bomb everyone, a figure from the corner of his eyes caught his attention. When he turned his head, all he saw was a woman jumping on the burning chopper’s top before leaping toward the chopper he was in.
"Huh?" Deep lines appeared between his thick brows. He took a short step forward to look over the open door.
There, hanging on the helicopter’s landing skid, was a woman with this sadistic-looking grin plastered on her face. Dragon squinted his eyes, which were swirling with nothing but curiosity. He shifted his explosive weapon down, pointing it at her, but didn’t shoot immediately.
