I will not attend your funeral."
Everyone around the table looked at the senator quietly. The man was staring in one direction, making them shift their eyes to Dominic.
They were all displeased at how this event turned out. However, they couldn’t fully blame Dominic. The man didn’t ask for this to happen. Moreover, Dominic was already making a huge sacrifice. Every one of them was given the pass to leave the establishment, after all. Only a few were told to stay.
