On the second floor of the building, some men also shot fired at those riding in tandem to back up those on the third floor. However, they didn’t waste more ammo on them as they caught two vehicles coming out of the thick smoke from the distance.
"Which one?!" one man yelled, darting his eyes between the vehicles coming straight into the building. "I don’t know where Dominic Zhu is!"
People from the second floor gazed at the first vehicle, only to see a courageous fellow sitting in the front passenger window. Tiger’s lower body was still inside, he had no protective gear to protect him from danger. Yet, this display of confidence somewhat sent shivers down their spine.
Meeting a man without any fear of death was the most troublesome of all. And that was clear to everyone.
"Doesn’t matter!" a man’s voice thundered on the second floor, leaping as he positioned his rifle at the approaching footsteps.
"UGH!!"
Before the man could pull the trigger, all of them gazed up at the ceiling. Dust from the ceiling fell on them as screams and shouts and more deafening rounds of shots echoed across the building.
"Take him down — ugh!"
"Get back! Don’t let him in!"
Shouts from the third floor gave enough explanation on why there was more chaos now on that floor. The felons in the level below clenched their teeth.
"Get on the third floor! That motherfucker fucking got in!" yelled another man, prompting a few of them to rush to the stairs to help their comrades. Those who were left on the second floor focused on the vehicles approaching.
