Chapter 382: I’m reconsidering
Days later...
"Bye~" Heaven stood outside the highrise building, waving at the car parked right in front of the driveway. "See you later~"
"Bye-bye ~" Sebastian waved back to his mother, staring at her through the backseat window. Beside him were his grandparents, smiling back at Heaven as the vehicle drove away slowly.
Dominic’s parents asked to take Sebastian with them before school starts next week. It had been months since Sebastian got to bond with his grandparents and thus, he also wanted to spend some time with them. Since Sebastian was fine with it, Heaven didn’t mind, especially Dominic, since he got his wife all for himself for the next few days.
A deep sigh came out from Heaven, staring at the back of the vehicle.
"I miss him already," she mumbled, smiling subtly. "I hope they have fun."
Ever since meeting her in-laws six months ago, they would visit her once every two weeks. Thus, her relationship with them, especially with her mother-in-law, grew better. Ria Zhu was cautious around Heaven, though, fearing she might offend her. The reason there was still this slight distance between Heaven and her parent-in-law.
"Young Madam."
Heaven snapped her eyes ever so tenderly, glancing over her shoulders when Bear’s voice caressed her ears. By the tone of his voice, she could tell he was about to say or raise an important concern.
"It’s about Tiger," he said under his breath. "I’ve been trying to tell you about him, but I couldn’t find the right timing."
"What about him?" Heaven didn’t turn around to face him, keeping her eyes on the slow-moving vehicle from the distance. "Keep it short."
