The argument was a little petty, and that only escalated because of Axel’s and Jeremy’s childish traits. Although Dominic rode along with the argument, bringing his wife to the table was something he was so against with. However, it was already too late for him to change his mind since Jeremy Li, William Chen, and Ivy Wei were dead set on burning his pockets today.
As if those three needed money.
Surprisingly enough, Kaiden Wang betted on Heaven. When asked about it, his only answer was his preferences. It was a habit of his on betting on the underdog.

"Sis, you can do it! Don’t let those pricks step on our family’s honor!" Axel cheered, making Heaven’s already dead countenance look even more lifeless. "I believe in you."
"Axel, can you move aside?" Dominic cast his brother a side-eye, taking a step and pushing Axel to the side. Standing before Heaven, Dominic let out a deep exhale.
"I’m sorry we dragged you into this childish betting." He reached for her hands, eyes fixed on her. "Don’t worry. Whatever the results were, I’m always proud of you."
Dominic smiled subtly, cupping his wife’s beautiful face. "I believe in you."
"It’s okay." Heaven huffed quietly, staring at Dominic before casting Axel a quick look. "Axel, you should stop messing with people."
