After sending Axel away to run an errand for her, Heaven prepared herself to leave. Since Bear was with her, no one stopped her from leaving with an excuse she would go shopping. Standing in the lift, Bear couldn’t help but glance over his shoulder as Heaven stood behind him.
"The master gave out an order," he said, breaking the silence in the elevator. Bear glanced at the numbers above the door, only to see they were almost on the 60th floor. "It seemed the 60th floor will be vacant soon."
"That’s so like him." Bear looked back at Heaven with her nonchalant answer, only to see her leaning against the wall. "Bear, that person isn’t just a stalker."
Deep lines appeared between his brows, walking on the same spot to look at her properly. "He isn’t just a stalker?"
"That’s what my instincts were telling me." Heaven lifted her eyes at the numbers above the door, seeing that they already went past the 60th floor. "That’s our agenda today. I want to confirm if this man had some sort of connection with Andrea Ng."
"Didn’t you say Leon Zhu might be the mastermind?" The confusion in Bear’s eyes glowed.
"I did, but not personally. Maybe someone connected to him."
Bear lowered his gaze, bearing this stern expression. Seeing that look on his face, Heaven arched a brow.
"How was your progress in the thing I asked?" she asked, watching Bear look back at her. "After a lot of thinking, I considered you investigated Leon Zhu on your vacation leave."
