Both the enemy and Laxus’s gaze fixed on him.
A cold sweat broke out on his forehead as he let out a panicked sounds before burying his face into Laxus’s chest in a desperate attempt to play dead.
He didn’t fully understand what was happening, but it was definitely terrifying.

Laxus chuckled while holding him tightly and flashing a sharp grin.
As soon as Rocco noticed the mischievous glint in Laxus’s smile, a bad feeling crept up his spine.
Sure enough, Laxus unleashed an outrageous statement toward the enemy.
"Sorry to disappoint you, but I’ve long since fallen into the hands of those you call ’lesser humans.’ You see, Rocco and I have sworn our love to each other—we’re a madly-in-love couple!"
