It was already 1pm when I came out of the hospital. Just as I stepped out of the hospital entrance, a black Audi stopped right in front of me.
The window rolled down, and Xia Zhengxiong was driving, with Yang Shurong sitting on the front passenger seat.
"Your sister is still at home waiting for me and your aunt to come back for dinner, so I won't drive you back. Just take a taxi back to school," Xia Zhengxiong said, as he pulled out a red bill from his wallet, intending to hand it over...
But Yang Shurong snatched it away in one swift motion.
Yang Shurong looked at Xiyan haughtily and said in a harsh tone, "Why take a taxi? Got too much money to spend, huh? It's not far from the school, just let her take the bus! Drive!"
With that, she rolled up the car window.
Xia Zhengxiong seemed like he wanted to say something, but was silenced by a glare from Yang Shurong.
Helplessly, he had no choice but to engage the gear and drive away...
