Chapter 29: Dragons?
Vacuse stiffened.
He slowly turned around, and he started to see a smiling girl standing behind him in an oversized shirt. She was a girl, but she had up to five black horns on her head.
Vacuse blinked as he slowly registered the fact that he wasn’t looking at a human being. He took a step backward. "Who... what are you?"
Maybe if he was outside, Vacuse could afford to be acting arrogantly, but right there in the realms of the Great Dragons, all he felt was awe, fear, and respect.
The young girl smiled. Her eyes were slitted yellow, and she took some steps forward towards him. "What else could I be?"
She giggled.
"I am a Dragon!"
Vacuse swallowed and looked around him for a way to escape. Even though he wasn’t in his real body, his soul could be damaged, and he would die in the real world.
He was wary of the Dragon because it dragged him to the sixth realm instead of him coming by himself voluntarily.
But there was no escape in sight as he was surrounded by dark rocks.
"A Dragon," Vacuse said faintly. He knew that the powerful Dragons could take the form of what they liked, and they usually imitated humans.
