Chapter 15: Meeting the harraser again
Kieran's car revved to the front of the South Skybridge club. The next second, he dashed outside. His legs were heavy as he made his way in – yet, he didn't understand exactly why. Exactly why he felt like he had done a bad thing when none other than his ex-girlfriend caught him in his usual act.
And why does she seem like she's playing the victim too? Does she still love him?
Seated on the rough-skinned man's lap inside the club, Zyn was brushing lips with him without relent. It was the worst experience for her, but she thought this was a way to get her mind off what she had learned earlier: Kieran sleeping with a woman. Truth be told, neither did she know why she was angry about it.
In contrast, this was one of the best experiences for the man, as his hands traced down Zyn's curves to grab her butt. In that moment, Zyn retracted. As though she had just come back to her senses. She stood still while looking into the man's eyes, her hands almost slipping off his face.
The man grinned in satisfaction, moving his tongue across his lower lip in a seductive manner. Though disgusting to someone else.
'No,' Zyn thought, one of her legs moving off the man's lap, 'this is wrong.' And finally, she slowly got off him. She headed towards the stairs, staggering under the cocktail's intoxication.
The man rushed forward and grabbed her. She looked back.
He smirked. "What's this? We haven't had even a bit of enjoyment." He tilted his head towards the couch. "Come on. Let's pick it up from where we stopped..."
Zyn grunted as she slowly removed her hand from his grip. Jaxon in the distance felt the need to intervene, but for some reason, he still waited. Maybe things weren't looking that bad yet?
