Beast Beauty System: The Exiled Fox is Pampered in the Beast World

Chapter 50 - 050: Throw up

Anaria’s confidence dropped for a second.

"What?"

"You called for me, and now you’ve prepared all this." His gaze settled on her. "Is something wrong?"

"No."

He didn’t look convinced.

Anaria sighed. "I’m perfectly fine."

Kenai reached for her anyway, resting a hand against her stomach. The touch was light, careful.

She looked down at his hand "I’m not sick."

"I know."

"Then why are you checking?"

"Because you are carrying our child."

Anaria stared at him.

That wasn’t exactly the response she had been hoping for. She had planned something soft and deliberate tonight, something that would increase his affection rate, Instead he was already treating her like glass again.

She gently took his hand and pulled it away "I’m fine, Kenai."

He nodded but still looked concerned but she didn’t want worry tonight. She wanted something else.

Anaria decided she had to take control before he turned the whole thing into another pregnancy inspection.

She stood up from the bed and took a small step back.

Kenai watched her, confused "What are you doing?"

"Just... stay there."

She closed her eyes for a second, trying to remember the movements. The dance came from her last life something she had only ever done in private, never for anyone. Back then her body had been lighter, quicker, more obedient. Now everything felt different. Her balance was off. The weight of the child made every turn slower. Still, the memory was clear enough.

She began to move.

Slowly at first. Her hips swayed in a soft, deliberate rhythm. Her arms lifted, tracing shapes in the air the way she used to. It was nowhere near as smooth as it had been before. She almost lost her footing once and had to catch herself, but she kept going. The room was quiet except for the soft sound of her bare feet on the wooden floor.

Kenai’s expression changed. He no longer looked confused. He looked... focused. His eyes followed every movement, dark and steady.

Anaria stepped closer until she stood between his knees. She continued the dance, slower now, letting her body roll with the remembered rhythm. When she finally climbed onto the bed and settled over his lap, her hands resting on his shoulders, she could feel how still he had become. The heat of his body seeped through the fabric of his clothes. His hands hovered for a moment before settling carefully on her waist, steadying her.

The System’s voice suddenly rang in her head, bright and far too cheerful.

[Go, host! You’re doing great! Look at him, he’s completely frozen!]

Anaria almost broke character. She bit the inside of her cheek and forced herself to keep moving.

She ignored the voice and kept going, rolling her hips carefully against him while her fingers slid into his hair. She leaned in and brushed her lips against the side of his neck, still following the old dance’s rhythm as best she could. His skin was warm. She felt the slight catch in his breath when her mouth lingered there.

Kenai’s hands tightened on her waist.

[Yes! That’s it! Keep going, host! He’s definitely reacting!]

Anaria’s confidence grew a little. The System was loud and ridiculous, but for once it wasn’t completely wrong. Kenai wasn’t pulling away. He wasn’t telling her to stop. He was simply holding her, watching her, letting her do this strange thing to him.

She pressed closer, kissing the corner of his jaw, then the side of his neck again, still moving. Her fingers curled lightly in his hair. She could feel the tension in his shoulders, the way his grip on her never loosened.

For a few moments it almost felt like the plan was working.

Then her stomach twisted hard, her smile vanished.

Kenai noticed instantly "Little fox?"

She froze, a wave of nausea crashed through her so fast she barely had time to react. It rose from deep in her belly, sharp and sudden, the way it sometimes did without warning these days.

She covered her mouth "Wait"

She only managed to turn her head halfway before she threw up.

Right onto him.

A heavy silence filled the room.

Anaria stared ahead in pure horror. Her ears were ringing. She could still feel the warmth of his body under her, the solid hold of his hands on her waist. None of it felt real for a second.

She slowly looked down at the mess on his body... then at his neck... then at his face.

Kenai looked back at her, completely calm.

"Are you alright?"

Anaria wanted the ground to open and swallow her.

Of all the ways she had imagined this night ending, vomiting on the man she was trying to seduce had never once crossed her mind. The dance, the careful movements, the soft kisses against his skin all of it had collapsed into this.

"I’m fine," she whispered, voice cracking.

Kenai carefully lifted her off his lap and stood. He moved as if nothing unusual had happened, as if she hadn’t just ruined the front of his clothes.

"Don’t move."

Anaria covered her face with both hands "Just kill me."

"You’re not dying."

"I might as well be."

He left the room without another word.

The System’s voice returned, still far too cheerful.

[...Okay. That did not go according to plan]

[But don’t worry, host! You looked very dedicated!]

Anaria groaned into her hands. The System had no sense of timing, and no sense of shame either.

A moment later Kenai returned with a cloth and water. He cleaned himself first without a single complaint, then gently wiped her mouth and face. His touch was careful but she couldn’t look at him.

"This is humiliating."

"It’s pregnancy."

"That doesn’t make it less humiliating."

Kenai’s mouth twitched.

Anaria pointed at him immediately.

"Don’t you dare laugh."

"I’m not."

"But you were about to."

He said nothing. Instead he helped her lie down and pulled the blanket over her.

"Rest."

Anaria stared at the ceiling, mortified.

All that preparation, the dance, the confidence she had forced herself to hold onto and she had thrown up on him.

She caught his wrist before he could leave.

"Kenai."

He looked back.

"I’m sorry. I was trying to... make tonight special. And I ruined it."

Kenai was quiet for a moment. His eyes moved over her face, calm and unreadable. Then he reached out and brushed a strand of hair from her face before pressing a soft kiss to her forehead.

"You didn’t ruin anything."

He left the room.

Anaria lay still. The door closed with a quiet sound. The silence that followed felt heavier than before.

The System spoke again, softer this time.

[Host... you really tried hard. Even if the ending was a disaster, he didn’t pull away from you. That’s already something.]

Then the System chimed again

[Task completed.]

Her eyes flew open.

[Kenai’s affection has increased by 10%.]

Anaria sat up "Ten?"

She stared at the empty space in front of her.

She had embarrassed herself, thrown up on the man she was trying to impress, and somehow... It worked.

Anaria slowly smiled "Seems luck is on my side
