DECLARATION OF STATE SOVEREIGNTY AND PROCLAMATION OF INDEPENDENCE

PREAMBLE
We, the undersigned, acting on behalf of the people of Democracy, based on the inalienable right to self-determination, striving to create a just, peaceful, and prosperous society, hereby solemnly proclaim the creation of a new sovereign state.
ARTICLE 1. ESTABLISHMENT OF THE STATE
1.1. This document hereby proclaims the Democracy of Silence on the political map of the world.
1.2. The Democracy of Silence is a free, independent, and indivisible state.
ARTICLE 2. TERRITORIAL BOUNDARIES
2.1. The sovereignty of the Democracy of Silence extends over a territory with a total area of 4,000,000 square kilometers, located along the Wall [coordinates] and the Mountain Range [coordinates].
2.2. The territory, its subsoil, airspace, and internal waters are the exclusive property of the people of the Democracy of Silence.
ARTICLE 3. ORGANIZATION OF POWER
3.1. The sole source of power in the state is CUB, SERAPHIM.
3.2. The state undertakes to form a government capable of maintaining effective control over the territory and entering into diplomatic relations.
ARTICLE 4. INTERNATIONAL OBLIGATIONS
4.1. We express our readiness for peaceful coexistence with all members of the international community and invite other states to officially recognize our sovereignty.
ARTICLE 5. STATE SYMBOLS
5.1. The state flag is hereby established as: [Inscription at the top: "DEMOCRACY". A black stripe occupies the left third, white the center, and red the right portion. In the center, a large yellow star. Below it, 28 stars].
5.2. The official language is declared to be [French]. The currency unit is [Euro].
