He carefully felt the Aura flowing within her. And after a long moment of silent concentration, he finally determined, it was manageable for someone at his current level.
It wasn’t that the foreign Aura was overwhelmingly powerful compared to him. No, he could deal with it, easily, if it were inside his own body.
The problem was Silas.
The Aura that didn’t belong to her was clashing with her own, and her body was far more delicate than his.
To safely extract it, he needed extremely precise control.
Even the slightest misstep, just a moment of imbalance, could further injure her.
But now that he had made his diagnosis, Ellis no longer hesitated.
He activated his mana manipulation skill. Then, slowly, deliberately, he guided his mana into her body.
His aim was to isolate the remnants of Aura that belonged to that Vice Commander. And then remove them.
