Chapter 62: Wang Family Residence
Li Shen stayed in the VIP room even though he had gotten the item he wanted. He continued to wait until the third auction session was over.
In the third auction session, it was clear that the VIP guests were fighting each other for the items they wanted. Wang Luqi joined the fight, but he failed to get a single item.
"With the sale of that item, the entire auction session here is now complete," announced Zhou Nan to all the attendees.
"I, Zhou Nan, would like to thank all the attendees who came to our auction. I hope the items you have obtained will be useful to you," continued Zhou Nan.
He looked up at the second floor, expressing his deepest gratitude to the VIP guests who had taken the time to attend the auction.
One by one, the VIP guests left the room and the auction hall. Li Shen turned around and saw Wang Luqi and her two escorts arriving as requested by Li Shen.
"Master Li Shen," Wang Luqi greeted, catching Li Xun’s attention.
Li Shen nodded. He stood up and invited Li Xun to leave with him. Wang Luqi walked ahead, leading the way to the Wang family residence located at the western end of Zhoguang City.
"Do we need to buy something before seeing my grandfather?" Wang Luqi asked. Li Shen shook his head.
"No need. Besides, I haven’t checked his condition directly. So, I can’t speculate right away."
"Alright," Wang Luqi responded.
