Chapter 60. Arrival
"This Guy is showing off a lot." Fairy Ember Fox mumbled. She was surprised a little by his growth. But that’s all.
In the Arena, the next battle started. Unlike the previous battle, it was a little booring. So the audience didn’t show much interest in that.
On the big screen it shows the elimination bracket.
This image depicts a single-elimination tournament bracket for 10 teams. In a single-elimination format, each team plays a match against another team, and the loser is eliminated from the tournament. The winner advances to the next round.
Here’s how the bracket works:
1. **First Round**: Four teams are given a bye (they automatically advance to the second round). The remaining six teams compete in the first round:
- Three matches are held between these six teams.
- The winners of these three matches advance to the second round.
2. **Second Round**: The three first-round winners join the four teams that received byes (making a total of seven teams in this round):
- Four matches are held (including one team advancing without a match, often known as a "bye").
- The winners of these four matches advance to the next round.
