Chapter 39: The Solar Archon, Elias Valtorin
As Kai said that, he demonstrated his healing skill once again, but this time he used his forearm as he made a deep gash before healing it instantly.
The others were shocked when they saw that the wounds healed in an instant.
"However, the downside is that I needed a lot of mana potions, as there are a lot of us, and my mana would be drained sooner or later if I used my skill continuously." Kai explained while glancing at the town chief.
"Don’t worry, we still have quite a few mana potions, and it’s not a problem to give them to you after distributing some to us." The town chief responded as he waved his hand dismissively.
Kai nodded his head and continued. "The second one is my resurrection skill. As you can see, I can resurrect the dead, and it shouldn’t be a problem for me to resurrect those of 1st Echelon Rank. That’s why our objective was to kill them and resurrect them even if we’re injured in the process."
"Of course, you need to know your strength first and don’t blindly become aggressive, thinking that I could always heal you." Kai’s gaze swept through the dozens of 1st Echelon Awakeners.
"I will be the main team to kill them, so if you feel that you couldn’t kill them on your own, just hold them and restrict their movements as I will kill them one by one."
Pausing for a moment, Kai continued. "The third one is my Skeleton Armor. It’s a (7th Echelon – Level 9) rank skill, so it could help significantly with your injuries."
"The fourth one is my Slow Curse skill. It’s a skill that lets me reduce their movement and attack speed by 20%."
"If I saw that even with all of these skills you still couldn’t even hold and restrict their movements, don’t blame me that I might even kill you at that time since you’re that useless."
"The last one is my ultimate skill. It’s an extremely strong offensive that might even kill the fire lion after it has enough injury, and if I have a good opening." Kai naturally was lying when he said this, as he just wanted to boost the morale and wanted to fool Elias so that he would feel confident and finally accept becoming his undead subordinate.
