"Yes, sir," General Jiang immediately complied.

After a full day of searching, they finally discovered something strange.

A few men immediately began to dig at that spot.

"General, underneath... it's metal!"

"And the instruments show that it's hollow underneath!"

Xiao Ye's expression darkened. "Blast it open!"

"Whatever's inside, knowing the Angel Association's methods, they'll surely destroy everything before we can get in."

"Given that, we might as well take the initiative!"

A tremendous blast sent a mushroom cloud rising into the sky.

The metal structure below was blown open.

General Jiang immediately ordered his men to enter through the opening.

A group of soldiers charged in.

They saw that the initial explosion had ignited the car's fuel tank, causing a secondary explosion that left behind a charred husk.

"General, it's over! There's no way Mr. Xiao survived!"

"The car is completely burned out!"

By now, most of the smoke and dust had settled, and General Jiang stumbled into the wreckage.

Seeing the state of the car, he was on the verge of collapsing to his knees and weeping.
