Chapter 264: No Need to Hold Back
The other families had no idea, and they certainly never would have guessed that Xiao Ye would come here alone.
Usually, people from those major families travel with an entourage, bodyguards constantly at their side, as if they were royalty.
Not to mention Xiao Ye was wearing cheap clothes.
Yuan Tianjiao's reputation was garbage, but she had plenty of hangers-on. With Xiao Ye's photo, they all pitched in and actually managed to find him.
Soon, they called Yuan Tianjiao.
"Sister Yuan, we found that kid you were talking about!"
Yuan Tianjiao shot up in bed. She had been in a bad mood, just thinking about which bar to hit up to have some fun.
"Really?"
"Yeah, it's definitely him. He hasn't even changed out of the clothes from the video. What a poor bastard!"
"Where is he now? I'm on my way!" Without another word, Yuan Tianjiao changed into her sexiest, most daring outfit, grabbed her bag, and was about to leave.
"He's over on Victory Road. We'll send you his location."
She hung up the phone.
Yuan Tianjiao suddenly thought of something and turned back, heading to the third floor.
"Yuan Tiancheng, you said I wasn't good enough for that kid, didn't you? Just you wait and see if I am!"
"I'm going to find him right now, and when I do, I'm going to drag him back here and make him my dog!"
Watching her go in that tawdry outfit, Yuan Tiancheng cursed inwardly, 'What an idiot!'
He had originally arranged for people to keep an eye on her, but here she was, coming to report her own movements.
'Anyone else would have probably figured out that Yuan Tiancheng had provoked them on purpose.'
'Only a blockhead like Yuan Tianjiao wouldn't get it. She must have traded all her brain cells for that face of hers.'
Yuan Tianjiao snorted coldly and turned to leave.
The nanny behind her watched her go, then immediately followed her out and found Zero Three.
He was currently disguised as a Yuan Family bodyguard, assigned to protect Yuan Tiancheng.
The nanny showed him a note she had written earlier, which read: "If Yuan Tianjiao finds a man who looks vaguely like Xiao Ye and is also named Xiao Ye, give him this letter."
Zero Three nodded. "Okay, I understand."
He took the letter and followed.
The nanny, however, turned around and swallowed the note.
Once her stomach acid digested it, no one would ever know what she wrote.
Yuan Tianjiao had no idea she was being watched. Speeding along in her sports car, she was already fantasizing about all the ways she would torture Xiao Ye to vent her anger once she caught him.
「Victory Road.」
Xiao Ye was eating at a restaurant.
He had a faint feeling that something was wrong, as if someone was watching him.
Sure enough, when he glanced out the window, he saw several luxury cars parked across the street.
A group of young people were gathered there, smoking and chatting, and the direction they were looking was right at Xiao Ye!
"Hey, you don't think that kid noticed us watching him, do you?"
"No way, we're too far. Besides, we're just standing on the side of the road. How could he possibly know someone on the roadside is watching him?"
"Yuan Tianjiao will be here soon."
A woman in the group sounded a little displeased. "He's actually pretty handsome. It's a shame he's about to be ruined by Yuan Tianjiao."

"I did."
Yuan Tianjiao pulled out a slim woman's cigarette. "I hired people from a security company. Twenty of them. I refuse to believe we can't handle him this time!"
"They're here. Let's go!"
As several commercial vans pulled to a stop, Yuan Tianjiao eagerly led her group straight into the restaurant.
Her chin held high, she announced rudely, "Alright, we're clearing the place out. All of you, get out of here!"
"I'm covering everyone's bill!"
"If anyone doesn't want to leave, don't blame me if you get caught in the crossfire!"
Hearing this, many of the patrons left.
The owner had a bitter expression. "Miss…"
One of Yuan Tianjiao's lackeys immediately interjected, "Are you blind? Can't you see this is someone from the Yuan Family?"
"We'll pay full price for anything we break today, so mind your own business! Otherwise, don't blame us for what happens next!"
The owner didn't dare say anything else. He knew of the Yuan Family and knew better than to provoke them.
'But this isn't just about compensation. Even if they pay for the damages, renovations take time. How many customers will I lose then?'
'Most importantly, I'm afraid many people won't dare to eat at my restaurant anymore after this.'
He shook his head, grabbed his valuables, and went straight into a back room.
In her high heels, with her sensual figure poured into a provocative outfit, Yuan Tianjiao was indeed very alluring.
Unfortunately for her, Xiao Ye wasn't buying it.

He hurried toward the door, and as he passed Xiao Ye, a crumpled ball of paper landed on Xiao Ye's leg.
The man acted as if nothing had happened and left with his head lowered meekly.
'This man looks vaguely like the Xiao Ye from the Imperial City, and he's the one Yuan Tianjiao is after. It must be him!'
Xiao Ye frowned slightly. Without a word, he unfolded the paper ball.
'This is… Yuan Tiancheng's handwriting!'
And to convince Xiao Ye, he had specifically mentioned the Death Warriors.
After reading the letter, it all clicked for Xiao Ye. 'No wonder I couldn't get through to Yuan Tiancheng all those times. He's in trouble.'
And this woman, Yuan Tianjiao, was Yuan Tiancheng's enemy.
'In that case, I don't need to hold back!'
Tucking the letter away, Xiao Ye stretched his limbs.
"Tell your people to make their move. I'm in a hurry."
'I need to send people to rescue Yuan Tiancheng immediately. He's one of my own. How can I just stand by knowing he's in danger?'
Yuan Tianjiao hadn't expected him to be so brazen. "You… You're practically begging to die!"
The people behind her also chimed in. "Kid, you're such a country bumpkin. Do you have any idea what the Yuan Family represents?"
"Sister Yuan, it's just like you said. He doesn't know what's good for him. How dare he not submit to you! Let's teach him a good lesson today!"
"Kid, if you get on your knees right now and beg Sister Yuan to take you in, she might just let you off the hook!"
Hearing their flattery, Yuan Tianjiao's confidence returned. "Did you hear that? Since you have a decent face, I'll give you one last chance!"
