Divine Wilderness Dragon Emperor

"Ya!" Upon entering the Medicine Garden and seeing it filled with Spiritual Essence, the little one's eyes lit up.

The herbal fragrance filled the air, and a look of utter bliss spread across its face.

The little one looked around furtively. After sensing that no one was nearby, its tiny body vanished into a thicket of herbs.

Then, its tiny paws shot out, and the raid began.

It wasn't until nightfall that a carefree Yiyi appeared at Ling Fei's private courtyard.

The little creature appeared out of thin air and landed on Ling Fei's shoulder. Its snow-white belly was plump and round, a clear sign it had eaten its fill.

Ling Fei was left speechless.

'From the looks of this little guy, it's obviously plundered the Royal Medicine Garden!'

'I wonder if the Royal Family will cough up blood from rage when they find out about this,' Ling Fei mused.

Just as Ling Fei was pondering this, Yiyi gave a soft cry. With a flick of its paw, it produced a Dragon Spirit Ginseng as if by magic.

It then offered it to Ling Fei with a fawning look.

"It's a rare day when you remember me. Alright, I won't hold it against you this time." A warmth spread through Ling Fei's heart. He patted Yiyi's little head and took the Dragon Spirit Ginseng from its tiny paw. But just as he was about to taste the ginseng, he couldn't help but roll his eyes.

Because there was a row of tiny teeth marks on the Dragon Spirit Ginseng.

Looking at those tiny teeth marks, who else could have left them but Yiyi?

"Ya!" Seeing Ling Fei roll his eyes repeatedly, Yiyi let out a soft cry, seeming to realize it had been found out.

The next day, the minister reported again: more herbs had been stolen.

The news spread throughout the Imperial Palace, causing an uproar.

Stealing from the Royal Medicine Garden was a capital offense!

Wasn't the thief afraid of being discovered by the Celestial Emperor?

The Medicine Garden was vast, and the little beast would steal from a different section each day.

"It seems this little beast is still around. In that case, I must see for myself what kind of heaven-defying Spirit Beast can bypass my Restriction to steal herbs." Upon hearing the news, a look of anticipation appeared in the Celestial Emperor's eyes.

Afterward, he began to release his Heart Spirit to carefully monitor the Medicine Garden.

"Ya!" Yiyi's eyes narrowed into a simple, honest-looking smile.

"Seeing as you were so well-behaved and saved two for me, I won't lecture you today. But you can't keep doing this!" Ling Fei said.

'This little fellow has been visiting the Royal Medicine Garden every day; it must have eaten quite a bit of Spiritual Essence by now.'

'If this gets investigated, it's going to be troublesome.'

"Ya! Yiya!" Yiyi first covered its eyes with its little paws, looking embarrassed.

Then the little creature pointed to its stomach, as if to say, 'But I was so hungry!'

After finishing its gestures, it looked up at Ling Fei with a pitiful expression.

Ling Fei looked on helplessly.

The little creature looked around furtively, wanting Ling Fei to hide it in the Dragon Bone Space.

From the looks of it, it had clearly been frightened by the sudden descent of the Celestial Emperor's might.

"You got discovered?" Ling Fei immediately guessed the reason and then laughed. "Well, who told you to go stealing every day!"

"Ya." Yiyi looked completely embarrassed, quickly covering its eyes with its little paws.

"Hehe, don't do it again!" Ling Fei said, patting Yiyi's little head.

"Ya!" Yiyi nodded emphatically.

The sudden display of the Celestial Emperor's might had truly terrified the little creature, forcing even the gluttonous thing to restrain itself.
