Chapter 165 - I’m Not Trash!
At the square, the messy crowd was rearranged by the school staff, making everything more orderly. At first, everyone’s random heights and outfits caused quite a few people to have their view blocked, but things were much better now.
In previous years, this never happened because everyone here had far superior eyesight than ordinary people, but this year, because of Nexus’s presence, the academy officials decided they couldn’t let everything become too disorderly.

Just after greeting everyone, Zero immediately delivered a warning to these young people. It was normal for young people to be arrogant, but putting a bunch of powerful and arrogant people together like this could easily lead to trouble.
Zero wasn’t worried about them fighting to the death because they weren’t stupid enough to do that, but their strength was huge. "I’m not trash!"
Mark’s full-powered scream into the microphone made everyone freeze. It wasn’t because of any profound reasoning, let alone some intimidating presence. They were simply stunned because the academy’s speakers amplified the sound a little too much, making their ears uncomfortable.
"Damn, he actually dared to yell? I thought he’d just stand there trembling and faint."
Draven grinned as if he had just witnessed some rare and amusing spectacle.
"What are you laughing about?"
Nyx clearly wasn’t happy. The sudden noise didn’t affect her ears at all, but it still made her feel annoyed.
"Nexus isn’t blind. Mark’s awakened ability really is garbage, but his willpower is decent, so there’s no need to actually treat him like garbage."
Even though she wasn’t friends with Mark or anything, Bell still gave a fair assessment. The main reason was to avoid the two of them thinking that Nexus was an idiot for taking Mark as his disciple.
