5 Times a Day

080: The deal…?

**Chapter 80**

I returned home to find the whole family together in the living room. Everyone was in the living room, watching TV when I entered.

“Oh, sport. Where have you been?” Everyone’s attention was drawn to Tom’s question, but I had a feeling Sara knew where I was and what I was doing even before I replied.

“I was just out,” I replied.

“Hmph!” Sara scoffed, further cementing my theory that she and I were connected in some way. What was it, though? I had no idea. I was still new to the system and its functions. They only started to appear after I began to move on from just my own hand.

Although the goal was to cum five times a day, doing so on my own would not have much of an impact. Had I known about this before, I wouldn’t have rejected the advances of those bitches who had strange fetishes.

But now that I think about it, it was all for the better. That self-control helped me build some very special bonds with people I cared about.

I smiled at Sara, who scoffed at me once again and turned to the TV before I took a seat next to her. Since it was still daylight, I didn’t do anything that required darkness.

After some TV time, it was time to make the feast Aunt Elise had talked about in the morning. I, of course, offered to help, which she didn’t deny.

We worked without any interactions because the girls were helping out as well with minor tasks, and in about two hours, we had everything prepared and set.

“Wow. This is some... feast.” Sasha couldn’t help but be surprised. I added some herbs from the system shop, which made the dinner even more flavorful and fragrant.

As we dined, we engaged in lengthy conversations until it was time to conclude. Mira and I were tasked with washing the dishes. Well, Mira was tasked, and I offered.

While we washed dishes, Mira said, “Saw you at the school today.”

“Yeah. I was a bit rude to Sasha’s teacher, so I went there to apologize,” I replied.

“I see. Then how did it go?” she asked. She must not have known the whole thing. I felt like I had someone staring at me from outside the cafe window, but I chose to ignore it because I was concentrating on Aliza. It was before the whole gang shebang happened, so she wouldn’t have an idea.

“It went well,” I replied.

“You were with her until now, weren’t you?” Mira asked.

Unlike Sara, I never had such a deep bond with Mira. Sure, we were friends and shared deeply personal experiences, but it wasn’t on the same scale as Sara. Sara and I were ‘one’, while Mira and I were just best-friend cousins.

So this question right now wasn’t being asked because she was trying to tease me or ask me how it was. It was simply a warning. To stay away from the teacher of her sister because that could jeopardize her situation. She didn’t really care who I slept with. She just cared about how that affected her sister.

Mira was always straightforward like that, even when she was shy before. While Sara was a shy cat, Mira was a lone wolf who wasn’t afraid to say what she thought, even to me, their close cousin, when it was something that concerned her sisters.

“Yes,” I replied. No explanation was needed. An explanation would just be an excuse. Mira looked at me with her usual expression and said, “You should stop that, Tyler.”

“I know how it would affect Sasha, but...” As I smiled at her, I told her, “I’m not going to do anything that will make her life difficult.”

Since Mira wasn’t aware of the full story, she didn’t know that, from Aliza’s point of view, she was the one in the wrong. Aliza had made a move on someone else’s boyfriend, and it was a secret she would take to her grave.

Mira looked at me with her usual neutral expression. As I already said, Mira and I have never been so close, but she knew me so well that my libido didn’t affect my decision-making. I never did anything that would put those close to me in an awkward stance.

She nodded and said, “Fine. But if anything happened, I’m gonna chop your balls off.”

Considering Mira, she probably would, so I nodded with a smile and continued to clean the dishes. We talked for a few minutes before I approached a topic that ticked her the wrong way: “How are things with Ross?”

“If you don’t want your balls to be cut off right this instant, then you better close your mouth and move your hands faster,” Mira said, which made me smile, which only annoyed her more. She sighed and said, “Our parents have set up a date for us this weekend. At the mall, at that.”

“Mall?” I was surprised too. Didn’t Tom know her daughter well? The mall idea would have worked on Sara, but on Mira, who dressed simply and lived really simply, shopping was never an obsession.

“Yeah. Dad said to take you too, but it’s just an excuse to get Ross and me alone,” Mira explained. So that’s what it was. While she couldn’t understand the underlying meaning, I could. This date wasn’t for Ross and Mira; it was for me. And probably...

“Is someone from Ross’s side coming too?” I asked.

“Her sister. You met her last time, didn’t you?” Mira asked.

“I sure did,” I replied before I got back to cleaning the dishes. It seems Tom’s plan to goad me was still in full swing.

“Haa...” I sighed and left it all for later. For now, I had other things to focus on. The first and foremost being the trade that was happening tonight. I went to my room before I opened the window and snuck out. I could give any explanation if someone came to my room while I was away, but if I left through the front door, I might have to give one, which I didn’t particularly want to do.

If I remember correctly, it was Detective Kimberly who interrogated me this morning. Finding his whereabouts wasn’t a problem thanks to my connections. I had a good bit of connections in the dark, and they were hackers of the top quality back home.

They were easily able to figure out this trade’s details and where it was happening. As to what was being loaded, well, it was a surprise to me as well.

They weren’t drugs. If they were, I would have never come here. I had enough of that world back home, and my business was operating smoothly, so there was no need for concern.

What interested me was the scale of the weapons in the warehouse. They had enough firearms to finance a war throughout the city. But it wasn’t a small-time gang or something. They were professionals. Suit-wearing professionals who had proper training. The amount of security around the place, obvious and hidden, was way beyond a common deal.

I recall my hacker telling me that it was extremely hard to break into the database, so it shouldn’t have come as a surprise. The investigation was initiated from Detective Kimberly, and they proceeded from there. But as they delved deeper and deeper, it became increasingly challenging to continue.

My senses were telling me that I was stepping into uncharted territory. Somewhere I shouldn’t. That this was a place where the strong resided, and I was just a child compared to them.

But, for some reason, perhaps due to Rox’s influence, I really, really wanted to go in right now.

So, let’s begin.

“Huh? Who’s there?” A guard yelled as he pointed his gun at me, but he was too late. I employed all of my strength and power to get there before him. In just two seconds, I took the gun from his grasp and dropped him before he could even pull the trigger.

It was still strange, killing a human.

But I was getting used to it.

[Skill: Fireball]

[Rank: D]

[Effect: Consumes 100 MP to create a ten-inch ball of fire]

[Mastery: Bronze]

[Cost: 10000 SC]

With that, I was out of shop coins. All the coins that I had were gone, but the skill was amazing in its own sense.

Why?

“Aahhh!!!!”

It burned a hole in an armored and armed man in an instant. Nothing could stand against it, and it was just a D-ranked skill. I could only wonder what an S-rank skill would bring. But before that, let us get rid of these guys who were notified of my presence due to the screams of the man who was being burned alive.
