Without giving Ouyang Feng or Ouyang Zhong a chance to say another word, Long Ao struck.

In just three days, the Ouyang Clan announced its abdication from the Royal Family. They chose to conceal the matter of Ouyang Zhong's death. Furthermore, after abdicating, the Ouyang Family didn't leave Nebula City, instead establishing themselves as one of its great clans.

Nebula City was originally dominated by the Four Great Clans: the Fifth Level Long Family, the Miao Family, the Cheng Family, and the Nangong Family. With the addition of the Ouyang Family, the four-way balance of power shifted to a five-way hegemony. Regardless, the Ouyang Family's heritage and power were self-evident, and within a single day, they had firmly surpassed the other four clans.

Just as everyone was wondering why the Ouyang Family had abdicated, the Wang Family from Red Fire Town suddenly announced they were taking control, becoming the new Nebula Royal Family.
