A Spiritual Body, as the name suggests, is a manifestation of powerful spiritual power.

Not everyone could manifest a Spiritual Body.

Generally, those who awakened a Spiritual Talent were more likely to do so.

Of course, people with other talents could also manifest a Spiritual Body, but the probability was much lower. It also took longer and required a higher level.

The current record among Starfarers for the fastest manifestation of a Spiritual Body outside the Spiritual System was at level five.

And that person had been awakened for many years before they finally got their own Spiritual Body.

Kai York was a high level—already level four—but how long had he been awakened? At most, it had been less than a year, yet he had manifested a Spiritual Body without a Spiritual Talent.

If word of such a talent got out, the Starfarers would be so shocked their jaws would drop.

Sure enough, the next second they heard Kai York explaining, "This is my Spiritual Body, an Aetherwing. It suddenly popped up while I was fighting in the game."

As he spoke, Kai York held out his hand, gesturing for the Spiritual Body to return to his side. However, the Aetherwing didn’t even glance at him. It flew straight to Moira Lynch’s shoulder and began to preen its feathers.

Moira Lynch, however, looked completely unfazed. "Spiritual Bodies grow by absorbing spiritual power. My spiritual power is stronger than yours, so the Aetherwing naturally chose me."

’There was another reason,’ but Moira Lynch didn’t say it out loud.

Moira Lynch kept her spiritual power released all day. Although Shane Rhodes, Kai York, and Hugh Finch didn’t feel anything, through daily contact, their bodies had become tinged with the aura of her spiritual power and had even integrated it.

She looked down at the small beast still rubbing against her calf.

She reached out to pick the little beast up.

The little beast must have sensed that Moira Lynch meant no harm and recognized the familiar aura on her, because it didn’t resist, allowing her to pick it up obediently.

The purple-scaled tail beneath it wagged incessantly, and its golden eyes looked at Moira Lynch, filled with pure innocence and reliance.

As its tail wagged faster and faster, a ball of purple lightning began to gather at its tip.

Seeing this, Moira Lynch quickly examined it. After confirming its aura, she decisively shoved it into Shane Rhodes’s arms. "This is your Spiritual Body."

The moment the small beast was in Shane Rhodes’s arms, its tail landed on his arm. A purple current instantly shot through his entire body, but Shane Rhodes didn’t seem to feel a thing.
