Puck Me Harder: A Stepbrother Romance [BL]

Chapter 98: Uninhibited Desires

Damon’s POV

I couldn’t suppress the dark, thrilling surge buzzing under my skin the moment Noah walked into that office. Seeing that priceless, stunned look on my captain’s face made every single cent of the fifty million dollars entirely worth it. God, it was pure poetry. I knew I had beaten him to it the second I caught his shadow. I’d been trailing both him and my sweet Micah all night.

I’d spotted Noah’s sleek car parked near the entrance of the Phoenix Club earlier. But he hadn’t moved. He’d just sat there inside his vehicle, hesitating like an overthinking fool. I honestly assumed he wasn’t brave enough to dive straight into the deep end for our darling Micah, so I decided to take matters into my own hands. If Noah was going to sit on his hands, ponder ethics, and hesitate, I was going to move fast and claim what was mine.

Then I hit the front desk, and that chatty receptionist started rambling on about card tiers, clearance levels, and security protocol bullshit. Unrestricted access to every single door in the entire building? A fifty-million-dollar Black Card? Fine. Done. I slammed my card down onto the marble counter. I didn’t give a single damn about the money. I would have bought the entire building cash down on the spot if it meant opening every locked door inside this place until I found Micah.

My chest was tight with an uneasy mixture of adrenaline and obsession. I couldn’t stop my mind from spinning out of control. What in the hell was Micah doing in a high-end den like this? Was this whole mess connected to the chaotic encounter with George Jenson and Raven from earlier today? I could still vividly feel the overwhelming wave of relief that had washed over Micah’s fragile shoulders when Raven swept in and rescued him at the arena.

I barely paid attention to the lavish, expensive decor as the surprised receptionist led me up the private elevator straight into the CEO’s executive office. The room was sleek, modern, and intimidatingly grand, but my attention immediately locked onto the striking man sitting behind the massive mahogany desk.

Phoenix.

Raven’s brother. The very guy Raven had rushed off to meet after I dropped her off earlier tonight. He was undeniably gorgeous, dressed in luxury clothes that screamed high elegance and unyielding authority, but beneath his polished facade, I caught the heavy, suffocating shadow lingering in his eyes. He tried to offer me a polite, professional smile as I entered, but it fell completely flat. The man looked utterly broken inside, hollowed out by sadness. I had originally planned on asking him outright if there was any fresh news about Sunny, but the tragic look on his face gave me my answer before I even opened my mouth. There was no good news.

We were just about to finalize the signing process after paying the full fee when the heavy office doors suddenly crashed open.

In stepped my dear captain. Noah Fucking Miller. Who knew he would also have the exact same unhinged idea as me?

"Hey there, Captain!" I greeted him smoothly, leaning back in my leather armchair with a smug, teasing grin plastered across my face.

Noah completely ignored my existence. He didn’t even glance in my direction. His intense, icy gaze burned straight into Phoenix, his body rigid with violence.

The receptionist bustled in right behind him, her hands trembling nervously as she held up his card. "Boss, he’s here for the Black Card as well," she stammered out, stretching her hand towards Phoenix.

Noah didn’t waste a single second. "Where do I sign?" he asked, his voice dropping into a harsh, commanding growl that vibrated through the room.

Phoenix’s brows furrowed tightly as a tired, heavy sigh escaped his lips. Slowly, he shook his head, looking over at the sharp, impeccably dressed woman standing close beside his desk. "Eve..." he called her name softly, his tone weighed down with exhaustion.

Eve turned her sharp eyes between the two of us, her lips pressing into a thin, unreadable line. "It seems like Mr. Noah and Mr. Damon are both here because of Micah," she said plainly.

My brows shot up in surprise. How the hell does she know that? I looked over at Noah sharply, searching his cold face for any slip-up, but he wasn’t even wearing any expression to show that she was correct. He was deadpan.

I decided to play dumb. Maybe if I pretend I don’t know what she’s talking about, I’ll be able to handle it properly and stay ahead of Noah...

Before I could spin a smooth lie, Noah shattered the silence.

"Where is he?" Noah asked, stepping deeper into the room. "No wait, I already know where he is. I’m only trying to hold back and not barge into that place and take my brother out."

Eve didn’t flinch. Her face remained completely flat, her expression eerily calm and frighteningly cold. "He came here himself and asked for a job," she said with a flat, icy expression. "Why do you think you’ll be able to drag your brother away from here?"

She looked crazy scary, like the kind of woman who could execute a man without breaking a sweat. But what really set off alarm bells in my head was Noah’s certainty. Why was Noah speaking like he knew everything down to the minute detail? Did he hack into the security system or something? I’m sure he did. The psycho probably bypassed their firewalls the second he parked outside. I thought he was going to deny coming here for Micah to protect his saintly image, but here we go. He was throwing all his cards on the table.

A sudden, brilliant idea struck me. My pulse hammered with wicked excitement.

"Even if he’s not able to take his brother from here, could he be assigned to serve me?" I asked, flashing Phoenix a charming, persuasive smile.

Eve’s eyes narrowed instantly. "Mr. Damon..."

"Since you’ve paid the full fee, I guess that could work," Phoenix said smoothly, raising his hand to quiet Eve. "However, you must read the code of conduct before signing."

As I was attended to, Noah was also attended to. He paid his fifty million dollars without a second thought and also began reading the code of conduct. It was ridiculous, filled with pages of strict rules, but somehow, I could understand it’s to protect the entertainer from abusive clients.

But what the hell was number ten?

Rule 10: If the client wants something more than physical touch...

A slow, dangerous grin appeared on my face. My dirty mind instantly flooded with filthy, delicious scenarios. Physical touch? Something even more than physical touch?

As if Noah read my thoughts, he glared at me with a lethal intensity, silently warning me to shut up and not try anything with Micah. A soft, breathless laugh slipped from my lips as we finally signed our names on the dotted line.

Phoenix handed two velvet envelopes to the sharp lady to prepare them, and she returned after five minutes with the solid titanium cards.

It looked so premium that it came with its own luxurious box packaging. I was admiring the cold weight of mine in my palm, while Noah was checking his like it was a deadly weapon.

"Can it slice things?" he asked out loud.

"You’re not thinking of using a card worth fifty million on slicing things, are you?" Phoenix asked, wearing a genuine what the fuck look on his face.

Yeah, I wore the same look also. Where the hell did Noah even get that kind of money to pay for it so fast? I didn’t want to pry into his private life anymore, but after tonight, I was so fucking interested in what else he was hiding.

"I could use it for something as thick and fleshy," Noah said, his eyes darkening as he dragged the sharp metallic edge slowly across his palm. "Hmm, not sharp."

This complete psycho. Who does he want to kill with a titanium membership card? As soon as that disturbing thought left my head, Noah’s phone rang loudly, and I could hear the panicked voice coming through the speaker.

"You told us to keep an eye on Micah, boss! So I thought I’d let you know... He was forced to drink. And it’s his fifth glass!"

"What?!" Noah yelled, his voice echoing off the walls. "Micah took a... fifth glass? He can’t even handle one!"

"Fuck!" Noah barked, his face twisting into pure horror. He disconnected the call and rushed straight to the door.

"Mr. Noah, let us handle this..." Eve tried to intervene.

"I’d be stupid to let you handle it!" Noah snapped back viciously and slammed the door shut behind him.

I didn’t hesitate for a second. I followed right behind him, my heart hammering against my ribs. Adrenaline, possessiveness, panic, and excitement exploded through my veins all at once.

A fifth glass. Micah was five glasses deep into hard alcohol.

The last time Micah took a tiny sip of alcohol, he lost all his usual shyness. He climbed onto my lap, wrapped his delicate arms around me, and ground his hips against my dick until I almost came right in my pants. I could still feel the heat of his body pressing against mine.

I couldn’t help but wonder... What the hell would he do with five full glasses in his system?!

"Oh, stop it, Damon! You shouldn’t be thinking about something as crazy as that!" I told myself out loud, covering my mouth with my hand. But excitedly, I was smirking behind my hand, my eyes wild with anticipation.

Micah was completely intoxicated, completely vulnerable, and I was going to be right there beside Noah when we found him.
