Chapter 22: The Sacred Tree and Kazenari Town
At the edge of this dark forest stood a curtain of light emitting a soft, white glow.
It was so enormous that even when Lin Guang craned his neck upward, he couldn't see its top, and it stretched endlessly left and right—a wall of light without any visible boundary, tightly enclosing something within.
Logically, something this massive should have been visible even from Lin Guang's "spawn point," but in reality, there had been nothing.

"Yeah! This is the barrier cast by the Sacred Tree. It's been protecting humanity's last gathering place... Ah, I only just learned this from Senior Airwen, so I'm basically repeating what she said!"
Airwen smiled, interrupting their conversation. "Let's go. Passing through is returning to reality."
