Ansu held his gun, walking expressionlessly toward Leon and looking down at him.
In the pool of blood, the "Chosen One" looked pale, and a large amount of blood had already flowed from his severed limb, staining the gravel beneath him.
"Now," Ansu's voice was calm, "tell me, who are you?"
Leon stared at him coldly, gritting his teeth as he spoke, "What do you mean?"
Ansu raised his foot and stepped on the mangled wound.
Leon let out a shrill scream of agony, his body twitching violently as cold sweat soaked his forehead.
"Still playing dumb," Ansu sneered as he asked, "You're pretending to be the Chosen One in front of everyone and even went as far as forming a hero party. What exactly is your goal?"
His gaze held a cold scrutiny. "Who sent you? What is your purpose?"
"I... I don't know what you're talking about!" Leon gasped for air, roaring, "I am the Chosen One!"
