Little Fengxian stood with her back to the window, colorful wings fluttering behind her like miles of morning clouds. She said coolly, "You and I are natural enemies, destined to fight to the death. What's more, you've occupied my benefactor's Flesh Body. Do you really think I'd spare your life?"

As she shifted her feet, the Celestial Demon moved Xu Ying's Flesh Body in kind, always keeping him facing Little Fengxian and giving her no chance to attack.

"Feng Xian'Er, if you attack, I'll have him meet your Divine Power head-on! We'll all die together!"

The Celestial Demon shouted, "You don't want your benefactor to die at your hands, do you?"

Little Fengxian hesitated. Seeing its chance, the Celestial Demon immediately began to burrow with all its might deep into the space between Xu Ying's eyebrows!

The demon was insidious, cunning, and vengeful, singularly focused on possessing Xu Ying to exact its revenge. It had seized the moment Xu Ying jumped into the water tank, attaching itself between his eyebrows and burrowing under his skin to hide.

It knew that Da Zhong was always guarding Xu Ying's Divine Soul. As long as Da Zhong was present, it had no chance to devour Xu Ying's soul, so it had remained hidden and patient.

Guo Yue luring away Da Zhong gave it an opportunity, but it failed to seize the chance. When it saw Li Yingzhu deliver a completely naked Guo Xiaodie, it was diverted by the perverse desire to test Xu Ying's nature, wanting to see what he would do, which caused a delay.

Just as Little Fengxian was about to fly into the small opening between Xu Ying's eyebrows, she suddenly saw a light surging ahead. The light grew brighter and brighter, and even she felt a pulse of annihilation from it!

She made a split-second decision, immediately beating her wings to change direction and fly backward!

Jiuyi Mountain and the great Phoenix Tree both shook violently. A rosy glow burst from within the Phoenix Tree, illuminating half the sky. The glow shot into the clouds, only subsiding after a moment.

On another of Jiuyi's mountains, Zhou Qiyun looked up at the rosy glow that filled half the sky, his expression one of shock and uncertainty. 'Another expert has come to Jiuyi Mountain! I just came to Yongzhou to face my Tribulation, so why is there no peace? Experts are popping up one after another! Could it be that the Azure Heaven has eyes, knows I'm about to cross my Tribulation, and has sent all these experts to Yongzhou to stop my Ascension to Immortality?'

His face became resolute. 'But what have I to fear?'

In the main hall of the Cangwu Sect, the Holy God Emperor stepped outside, looked toward the rosy glow on the mountaintop, and clenched his fists tightly.

Little Fengxian felt a pang of shame as a trickle of blood seeped from the corner of her mouth.

The terrifying force of that impact just now had left her with serious injuries as well.

She flew back into Wutong Palace and said, "Sir, your seal seems different from mine. Try your best to remember your past. I want to see what kind of seal it is!"
