Samminah simply shrugged indifferently in response. "Yes, it is indeed rare. But if the effects don’t suit me, then it would be useless."
Ryven pondered her words before quickly understanding what she meant.
"I see. Then let me check them now. Whether they’re useful or not, I’ll explain their effects to you."
With slightly sweaty palms from excitement, Ryven took the three orbs and stored them inside his inventory
Without wasting another second, he opened it.

His eyes narrowed slightly as he read the names of the skill books.
"Strange... The names of these skills are quite interesting. They also seem surprisingly compatible with us," Ryven remarked.
"Read their effects first." Samminah said flatly.
Ryven nodded and immediately selected Bloodlust.

"You’re right..." She replied immediately, also finding it somewhat suspicious. She quickly concluded that it might very well be another scheme of the Twilight God.
She hesitated for a moment, wondering whether she should tell him about what she had experienced and her conversation with the Twilight God.
However, since they were still inside the inheritance, they were most likely still within the Twilight God’s vision.
She sighed inwardly and decided that she would tell Ryven everything once the time was right.
For now, however, they could only go along with it.
"Even so, its drawback is quite troublesome," Ryven suddenly commented.
Bloodlust sounded like an excellent skill at first glance, but its drawback made it undesirable for almost everyone.

"Fred, come here and squeeze this."
He instructed as he threw it toward Fred. The skeleton did as instructed, catching the dark blue orb. However, the moment it landed in his hand, Fred accidentally squeezed it as he instinctively closed his fingers around it.
As the orb disappeared, Ryven immediately checked Fred’s system.

Staring at his stats, Ryven couldn’t help but smile at how much they had grown. It had been quite some time since he last checked Fred and Samminah’s system.
