Chapter 22: Crossing Lines
The silence that followed my confession was broken only by the heavy sound of my own breathing. Sophia remained static beside me, her eyes locked onto me with a suppressed fury, completely shocked by my weakness in opening my mouth.
I looked at Bia, bracing myself for a complete meltdown, tears, or screaming. Instead, she took a step back, slamming the pitcher of juice down onto the table so hard the liquid sloshed dangerously. Her face was flushed, a mix of indignation and jealousy crossing her features. She crossed her arms, huffing.
"In the mall changing room, Lucas? Seriously?" Bia spoke, her voice considerably angry, but far from the despair I had imagined. She tapped her foot, looking from me to Sophia. "And with a twenty-five-year-old woman? Don't you two have a single shred of shame? You left me here helping with lunch while you went off to have fun with a stranger! I knew that perfume didn't belong to some brat our age..."
Before I could stammer out any attempt at an apology, the sound of firm footsteps echoed across the hardwood floor. Ana, our mother, uncrossed her arms and stepped away from the kitchen doorway, walking calmly into the center of the room. The enigmatic smirk she had been wearing seconds ago gave way to an expression of pure, fascinated amusement. She stopped right beside Bia, looking Lucas and Sophia up and down.
"Well..." our mother’s soft, velvety voice filled the room. "I must confess I am genuinely surprised. Lucas, Sophia... I didn't know you two had become bold enough to fuck a complete stranger in a store's changing room. How audacious of you."
Sophia blinked, caught off guard by our mother’s reaction, while I remained tense, trying to process the direction this conversation was taking. After all, our own mother shared in that twisted intimacy with us; the three of us had already shattered every imaginable family boundary in bed, and seeing Ana view this public betrayal with amusement was almost suffocating.
Ana took another step toward me. She reached out, lightly touching my chest—still slightly damp with sweat beneath my shirt—and slid her fingers gently up to my neck, where the marks from that triple fuck with Letícia and Sophia were fully exposed. She looked deep into my eyes and let out a whisper loaded with dark, possessive intent:
"I just hope this Letícia didn't drain all of your energy, my son... Because I’m going to want a piece of you later. And I won't accept any excuses about being tired."
Bia let out an indignant sigh, but before she could complain about the favoritism or the sheer boldness of it, Ana turned to face her. Our mother’s gaze shifted, becoming maternally dominant—the kind of authority no one in this house dared to question. She placed her hand on Bia’s shoulder, giving it a light squeeze.
"And you, Bia, need to accept something once and for all," Ana said, her voice firm as she looked at my girlfriend. "You already know what happens between the three of us in this house, but you need to understand that Lucas doesn't belong only under this roof. You have to accept that he is going to fuck other women who aren't the three of us. He is a strong, young man, and his appetite goes beyond me, Sophia, and you. That is the price of being with him."
Bia swallowed hard, looking from my mother to me, her anger subsiding into an excited resignation she tried her best to hide. Sophia smirked, realizing that our mother had just greenlit our little mall adventure, throwing the doors wide open for our family harem to become even more corrupted. In my pocket, my phone buzzed again with another photo from Letícia, but the real danger was standing right in front of me, measuring me up with our mother's hungry eyes.
