Chen Man Ni had wanted to warn Qin Tuo to be careful, but her cry instead caught everyone’s attention.

After all, they were two great beauties and a feast for the eyes. When everyone looked over, they were slightly surprised.

But this also drew the attention of Zhu Zifeng and Liu Tao to the Jade Pendant at Chen Man Ni’s waist!

Both of them looked utterly shocked and confused. They couldn’t understand why Chen Man Ni had the Jade Pendant.

They quickly recovered and, in the same instant, leaped to their feet and charged toward Chen Man Ni.

"Damn girl, give me the Jade Pendant!"

Chen Man Ni’s face instantly drained of color. She never expected someone to attack her so suddenly!

She was too stunned to react, able only to stand frozen as she watched Zhu Zifeng and Liu Tao charge right up to her.

Huang Junchang grew frantic and leaped in to block the two men.

"What do you think you’re doing? Stop right there!"

Huang Junchang cried out in alarm, but he was no match for them. A single exchange was all it took; the powerful aura from their joint attack sent him flying.

In that instant, Chen Man Ni was left unprotected, facing two masters all alone.

On the arena stage, Qin Tuo, who had been focused on dealing with Liao Feihu, was given a nasty shock!

He caught sight of Chen Man Ni and Ouyang Feifei’s perilous situation out of the corner of his eye. Chen Man Ni, in particular, was in immense danger, facing both Zhu Zifeng and Liu Tao at once.

Qin Tuo didn’t have time to think. He just wanted to get off the stage and save the two women!

However, just as he was about to leave, Liao Feihu latched onto him again like a persistent fly.

"Don’t even think about leaving, Qin Tuo! This doesn’t end until one of us is dead!"

Liao Feihu looked like he had gone mad, his face twisted into a crazed expression.

But Qin Tuo had no more patience to waste on him.

Killing intent surged in his eyes. He leaped into the air, channeling the full force of his body into a heavy downward punch.

"AARGH..."

Liao Feihu let out a wretched scream as the punch slammed him straight into the ground, where he lay motionless.

Gone was Liao Feihu’s arrogant and domineering demeanor. He lay still, bleeding from all seven facial orifices, his life-force completely extinguished.

Everyone’s face turned pale with fright. They never imagined that the powerful Liao Feihu would be defeated by Qin Tuo in a single blow!

’So Qin Tuo had just been toying with him this whole time?’

Seeing this, Ding Gaoyi’s face in the stands contorted, shifting between pale and flushed.

’To think I actually wanted to challenge Qin Tuo before,’ he thought. ’What a fool’s dream. Luckily, he let me off the hook and didn’t press the matter. Otherwise, I’d have been a corpse long ago.’

In his haste, Qin Tuo had killed Liao Feihu with a single strike. Without even a second glance at the body, he leaped off the stage.

But no matter how fast he was, he was still too late!

For at that moment, Zhu Zifeng and Liu Tao were already upon Chen Man Ni.

And their hands were just about to touch her!

Greed filled their eyes as they stared intently at the Jade Pendant on Chen Man Ni.

They were both determined. No matter what, they had to take the Jade Pendant today and complete the mission their families had given them.

But in the instant their hands reached out, the Jade Pendant unexpectedly erupted with a blinding red light!

A powerful force immediately repelled them, throwing them back.

After stumbling back a few steps, they looked shocked for a moment, but that shock quickly turned into even greater excitement.

"It seems this Jade Pendant really is something special!"

A glint appeared in their eyes. This only confirmed the Jade Pendant’s extraordinary nature, and they became even more determined to seize it.

Despair crept into Chen Man Ni’s eyes as she saw that they refused to give up and were preparing to strike again.

Just then, however, a figure flickered into view. Qin Tuo had arrived just in time!

The sight of Qin Tuo made Chen Man Ni’s eyes sting, and she began to cry.

Qin Tuo pulled Chen Man Ni into an embrace, comforting her.

"Manni, it’s alright. I’m here now."

Although the Dharma-Protecting Jade Pendant had saved her life, Chen Man Ni was still terrified.

Qin Tuo comforted her for a while until she finally started to calm down.

Seeing Qin Tuo appear, Zhu Zifeng and Liu Tao held back from attacking immediately.

"So this is your girl, kid. If you know what’s good for you, tell her to hand over the Jade Pendant!"

Liu Tao bellowed.

Zhu Zifeng’s expression was grim, and he stood ready to snatch the Jade Pendant at a moment’s notice.

After settling Chen Man Ni, Qin Tuo slowly turned his head. His face had become utterly frigid.

He stared at the two men and said icily:

"You dared lay a hand on my woman. You will all die!"

The moment the words left his lips, a monstrous, terrifying killing intent erupted from him, making everyone nearby shudder involuntarily.

Zhu Zifeng and Liu Tao were also startled and immediately circulated their Inner Power to protect themselves.

But it was no use. Their bodies still trembled instinctively!

’How terrifying! The man’s a living god of slaughter!’

Everyone’s perception of Qin Tuo had been completely redefined.

Bracing himself, Liu Tao turned to Zhu Zifeng and said:

"Let’s take him on together. We kill the kid first, then we can worry about the Jade Pendant. What do you say?"

Liu Tao knew full well that he stood no chance against Qin Tuo alone.

His only option was to ally with Zhu Zifeng to eliminate Qin Tuo first. Then, the two of them could have a fair competition for the prize.

But to his utter astonishment, Zhu Zifeng cupped his fists at Qin Tuo and said politely:

"Brother Qin, I had no intention of offending your woman. I was unaware of her connection to you. My apologies, I hope you won’t take it to heart."

At this, Liu Tao’s jaw dropped. He was left in an incredibly awkward position.

The crowd in the distance broke into an uproar. No one had expected Zhu Zifeng to actually yield to Qin Tuo.

Liu Tao’s face went ashen as he spat a curse.

"Zhu Zifeng, you’re a complete coward!"

Zhu Zifeng, however, looked completely unfazed, not the least bit embarrassed.

Left with no other choice, Liu Tao called over his personal bodyguard, Ah Zheng.

Qin Tuo recognized him at a glance. This Ah Zheng was the same middle-aged man Liu Tao had brought with him to the Ouyang Family’s home.

Ah Zheng stepped forward, radiating killing intent as he stared coldly at Qin Tuo.

Liu Tao snorted:

"Ah Zheng, you’ll snatch the Jade Pendant off that girl. The rest of you, with me! Surround and kill Qin Tuo!"

As soon as he spoke, a group of his lackeys swarmed forward, their faces vicious.

Ah Zheng nodded, poised and ready.

The moment Qin Tuo was surrounded, he would make his move and snatch the Jade Pendant from Chen Man Ni.
